LOL Yes, Mozzie and Neal are *definitely* like kids, with Peter trying his best to reign in everyone!! You could almost imagine that, at some point, Peter and Neal could have one of those "but whyyyyy?" conversations that happen with kids. Neal may know that the answer is "b/c it's against the law", but I can totally imagine him challenging Peter as to *why* something *is*/should be illegal in the first place ;-)
