^^What Sandy said! I love how you use the words in so perfectly, and this is just an awesome example of your skill with them. And the whole back-n-forth between Neal and El is just perfection, and soooo in-character for both of them. I love it all, but I think this may be my favorite line (or one of my favorites, for sure): She'd told him then she'd make him pay, the next time they were alone. He never realized being on the receiving end of payback could be so delicious.
